Gods of Ohio 2, 2009, explored the interaction of twelve step recovery groups with established religio-cultural norms in my suburban Cincinnati community. Artifacts of group therapy, Christianity and cornhole (a backyard beanbag tossing game commonly found in the midwest) were interpreted and combined to form a new space of communal worship.
In 2007 I began working across media to create a series of installations using projection, 3d animation, laser cuts and large format print. Gods of Ohio is the umbrella title of a series of ongoing, loosely autobiographical projects describing my experiences growing up and living in the mid-west.
Union (aka Arms and Ether) is an unrealized television pilot project began in 2006 with several collaborators. Shown here are storyboards and diagrams related to the project.
